Privacy & Terms for GRALLEMOLE.

Information processed

Depending on the features used, GRALLEMOLE may process:

• Discord user, server, channel, role, message, command, and application IDs.
• Discord username, display name, avatar, guild membership, and permissions.
• Plugin settings, moderation configuration, ignored channels, reward roles, and dashboard-access rules.
• Level, EXP, economy balance, inventory, counting, invite, birthday, reminder, ticket, poll, reaction-role, activity, and statistics data.
• Payment plan, Discord user ID, server ID, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, payment status, and access dates.

Dashboard login and sessions

Discord login provides account identity and server information needed to authenticate users and confirm dashboard access.

An essential cookie maintains the dashboard login session. Login sessions expire after 7 days by default. An essential preference may also remember that the cookie notice was acknowledged.

Messages, moderation, and audit features

When relevant features are enabled, GRALLEMOLE processes message text, user and channel IDs, attachment information, reactions, moderation events, and Discord audit-log information.

Short-lived message snapshots help identify deleted-message authors and content and are retained for up to 24 hours. Audit events are normally sent to the Discord log channels selected by server administrators.

Server administrators are responsible for selecting appropriate log channels, limiting access, and informing their members when required.

ChatAI and automated scanning

If ChatAI is enabled for a channel, message text from that channel may be stored and used to generate automated replies. ChatAI does not send that text to an external AI provider.

If optional NSFW image scanning is enabled, Discord-hosted image URLs are sent to DeepAI for classification.

Custom bots and external content

App Personalizer processes the application credentials required to operate a custom bot. Users must provide credentials only for applications they own or are authorized to manage.

YouTube announcement features request public YouTube channel pages, feeds, and video pages to detect uploads and live streams.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to provide requested bot and dashboard functionality, authenticate users, enforce server permissions, deliver premium access, prevent abuse, secure the service, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing GRALLEMOLE, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where the law requires it. Optional features can be disabled by authorized server administrators.

Service providers and recipients

• Discord provides OAuth, bot, command, message, server, and CDN services.
• Stripe processes subscription and card payments. PayPal may process optional donations opened through its external page.
• Bisect Hosting provides the infrastructure used to host the service.
• DeepAI receives image URLs only when optional NSFW image scanning is enabled.
• YouTube receives normal page and feed requests from the announcement feature.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on the provider, processing may occur outside Latvia or the European Economic Area.

Payments

GRALLEMOLE does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Stripe handles those details. GRALLEMOLE stores the identifiers and status needed to activate, maintain, cancel, or remove premium access.

Limited payment event records are retained for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate payment processing.

Retention

• Dashboard sessions: 7 days by default.
• Deleted-message snapshots: up to 24 hours.
• Recent command analytics and identifiable command-user summaries: up to 30 days.
• Activity/last-seen user records: up to 90 days.
• Limited payment event records: up to 90 days.
• Automatic disaster-recovery backups: up to 24 hours. Existing recovery copies are purged when the user-data deletion command is confirmed.
• Server data after GRALLEMOLE is removed: the server owner's configured period from 1 to 180 days, with 1 day used by default.

Other feature data remains while the relevant feature or server uses it, until it is deleted, or until it is no longer needed for operation, security, disputes, or applicable obligations.

Security and access

GRALLEMOLE uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, access restrictions, and validation controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Service access is limited to what is necessary for operation, maintenance, security, support, hosting, and recovery.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Send requests to grallemoleatbalsts@gmail.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. A response will normally be provided within one month where the GDPR applies.

You may lodge a complaint with Latvia's Data State Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.

Age and authority

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement. A minor must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases must be made by an adult or with an adult's authorization.

You may configure GRALLEMOLE only for servers and applications you are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

• Follow applicable law, Discord's terms, and community rules.
• Do not use GRALLEMOLE for harassment, spam, raids, scams, unlawful surveillance, or harmful content.
• Do not bypass access controls, premium restrictions, rate limits, or another server's configuration.
• Do not submit stolen credentials, bot tokens, payment information, or content you are not authorized to use.

Server administrator responsibilities

Server owners and administrators choose enabled plugins, permissions, log channels, moderation rules, custom commands, backups, ticket panels, reminders, economy settings, and optional scanning.

They are responsible for configuring these features lawfully, protecting sensitive channels, reviewing automated actions, and providing any notices required for their community.

Premium, renewal, and cancellation

Premium access depends on successful payment and, for subscriptions, continued active status. Subscription pricing and billing frequency are shown during Stripe checkout.

To cancel a subscription, contact grallemoleatbalsts@gmail.com. If Stripe provides a subscription-management option for the purchase, it may also be used. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally remove access already paid for through the current billing period.

Withdrawal and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where an applicable distance-contract law provides a withdrawal period, including the EU 14-day right where applicable, a request can be sent to grallemoleatbalsts@gmail.com.

Refunds required by law will be provided. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, failed activation, or material service problems. Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability and service changes

GRALLEMOLE may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, safety, abuse prevention, Discord or provider changes, legal requirements, or technical reasons.

Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption. Material changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for serious or repeated violations, security threats, non-payment, unlawful activity, or attempts to harm the service or other users.

You may stop using the service, remove the bot from a server, cancel premium renewal, and request deletion at any time, subject to data that must be retained for applicable obligations or disputes.

Disclaimers and liability

GRALLEMOLE is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Server administrators should review powerful moderation and automation settings and maintain appropriate backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRALLEMOLE is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse, unsafe configuration, Discord or third-party outages, or unauthorized credentials. This does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Latvia, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
