Clear rules for the GRALLEMOLE Discord app and dashboard.

Discord account and dashboard data

When you sign in with Discord, the dashboard may store or process:

• Discord user ID, username, avatar, and guild list provided by Discord OAuth.
• Dashboard session cookie named grallemole.sid.
• OAuth access token inside the server-side dashboard session so the dashboard can fetch your Discord guilds.
• Session data saved in data/dashboard-sessions so PM2/dashboard restarts do not log you out immediately.

Server and bot feature data

Depending on enabled plugins, GRALLEMOLE may store:

• Server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, plugin settings, and dashboard configuration files.
• Leveling data such as user IDs, EXP, levels, cooldowns, ignored channels, and reward roles.
• Economy data such as wallet balance, bank balance, inventory, fake market portfolio, and command statistics.
• Invite, counting, reminder, ticket, custom command, birthday, analytics, backup, and moderation settings.
• Command analytics such as command name, user ID, success/failure, and timestamp.

Audit logs and message data

Audit log events are usually sent to your configured Discord log channel. GRALLEMOLE may process message content, attachment links, user IDs, channel IDs, and moderator data when Discord provides it for events such as message deletion or message editing.

Audit log content is not intended for public sharing. Server owners are responsible for choosing safe log channels and using ignored channels/categories for private spaces.

App Personalizer and custom bot data

If App Personalizer or custom bot features are used, GRALLEMOLE may store custom bot configuration, client ID, app identity settings, and bot token data needed to run the custom app. Tokens are server-side secrets and must not be shown publicly.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are handled by Stripe. GRALLEMOLE does not store card numbers or card security codes. GRALLEMOLE may store Discord user ID, guild ID, purchased plan, subscription ID, purchase status, start date, and expiry date so premium access can be granted or removed.

Cookies and sessions

The dashboard uses essential cookies only for login/session functionality. Dashboard sessions expire automatically after the configured session lifetime, currently 7 days by default unless changed by server configuration.

Who can access stored data

Access is limited to the project owner only. Data may be reviewed only when needed for support, security, maintenance, backups, debugging, or service operation. Data is not sold.

Third-party services

GRALLEMOLE depends on third-party services to operate:

• Discord for OAuth login, bot operation, slash commands, and server data.
• Stripe for payments and subscription processing.
• Hosting/VPS providers for running the bot and dashboard.

Allowed use

• Use GRALLEMOLE only on servers where you have permission to manage the bot.
• Do not use the dashboard to harass, spam, raid, scam, or violate Discord Terms of Service.
• Do not attempt to bypass premium restrictions, access another server's settings, or steal bot tokens.

Server owner responsibility

Server owners and administrators control enabled plugins, log channels, ignored spaces, moderation actions, backups, custom commands, ticket panels, reminders, and economy settings. You are responsible for configuring these features safely for your community.

Premium purchases and refunds

Premium features are optional. Access can depend on successful payment and active subscription status. Purchases are generally final and are not intended as trials or tests. Before buying, make sure you understand what the selected plan includes.

If a premium feature does not activate correctly after payment, contact support through the GRALLEMOLE Discord server or email so the issue can be checked and access can be fixed where appropriate.

Availability and changes

GRALLEMOLE may change, add, remove, pause, or restrict features for security, stability, abuse prevention, Discord API changes, maintenance, or development needs.

Limitation of liability

GRALLEMOLE is provided as-is. While care is taken to keep data and features safe, no software is perfect. You should keep important server settings backed up and review powerful tools before using them.
