We respect your privacy. This document outlines the data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your information.
📥 What information is collected?
We collect only the minimal necessary information, such as:
- Platform username for identification (e.g., user ID, client ID from Discord APP)
- APP token (used in our APP Personalizer)
🛡️ How do we protect your information?
User tokens and IDs are stored securely on our file system. We do not share this data publicly.
🔒 Data Storage and Access Control
All data related to Discord bots and services is stored exclusively on our secure backend servers.
Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized personnel only — currently, this means only the project owner.
No third parties have access to your data unless explicitly authorized or required by law.
Additionally, no user data is sent or transmitted outside of our servers, ensuring your information remains fully private and secure.
💳 Purchases and Subscription Data
When you purchase a status or subscription, we only store minimal information required to provide and manage your access:
- Your Discord user ID (to link the purchase to your account)
- Subscription start date (
createdAt
timestamp) - Subscription end date (
expiresAt
timestamp)
This information is stored locally in a secure file system and is automatically deleted once your subscription period ends. We do not store or process any payment details; all transactions are securely handled by Stripe.
🔐 Cookies and Analytics
We use only essential cookies to ensure website functionality:
- No third-party cookies are used.
- No analytics or advertising data is collected.
- No other user data such as IP addresses is collected.
🔐 Discord Authorization Data
When you log in using Discord OAuth2 to access the GRALLEMOLE dashboard, your authorization tokens are temporarily stored in the server's memory (RAM) for the duration of your session.
The server automatically restarts regularly — typically every 7 days if no changes are made, or sooner if updates or modifications occur. After a restart, you will need to authorize again.
We do not store your Discord username, email, or any personal information on disk or in any database. All authorization data is cleared when the server restarts or when your session expires.
This approach protects your privacy by minimizing persistent data storage.
🗑️ Data Deletion
Tokens provided are deleted immediately after service completion. User IDs remain stored until you request data deletion (note: not all servers provide user data deletion).
You can delete your data associated with our services using the following Discord bot commands:
/delete-my-data
— deletes all your personal data from all servers where you have an account./delete-server-data
— deletes all stored data for the current Discord server. This command can only be used by server administrators.
Please note that deletion may affect your ranks, economy, and other data stored on servers where you participate.
